ÉireHeadWigs was created by Macha Zu in 2022. Upon creating many styled pieces for herself, she saw the demand from her local drag scene for styled wigs of the highest standard. Being a part of the local drag scene, she saw how many queens, kings and artists were purchasing styled wigs that didn't match the brief, weren't styled well, didn't last throughout a performance, and dedicated her wig styling abilities to put an end to this, and sell custom designed wigs that would last in drag.
